1. Warranty Coverage

Addiesdive offers a two-year warranty on the watch movement for any watch purchased through our official website. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the watch movement only.

2. Exclusions

Please note that this warranty does not cover man-made damage or issues related to aesthetic components such as the watch mirror, case, strap, crown, or other non-mechanical parts. Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is also excluded.

3. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at service@addiesdive.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, you will be instructed to send the watch to our repair department in China.

4. Repair Process

  • Packaging: Ensure the watch is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service to send your watch to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Repair Time: Repair times may vary depending on the issue. We will provide an estimated timeframe once the watch is received.

5. Return Shipping 

Upon completion of the repair, the watch will be returned to you at no additional cost.

6. Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not affect your statutory rights.
